DiMora Vicci 6.2 Emperor Highlights Beijing Auto Show
Second car in series of 25 exhibits beauty and performance
Palm Springs, California – September 5, 2014 – The Neoclassics division of DiMora Motorcar introduced the Vicci 6.2 Emperor Convertible at Art Revolution Taipei 2014 in Taiwan and sold two cars for US $1 million each. Chinese auto and art connoisseurs will now have the opportunity to experience the very rare, limited-production Emperor, starting with the China International Classic Car Show in Beijing September 5-6.
DiMora Vicci 6.2 Emperor Convertible - Number 2 of 25 - "Virtue of Great Empowerment"
Every Vicci 6.2 in the limited edition 25-car Emperor series features original artwork by Zen Master Lee Sun-Don. Like his other paintings in the Great Treasure Gate 2014 series, "Virtue of Great Empowerment" pays artistic homage to the rare door knockers created during the Ming Dynasty (1368 to 1644). The buyer of each car will receive the painting along with the Vicci 6.2.
"We are excited to have the opportunity to share our beautiful automobile with the people of China," noted Sir Alfred J. DiMora, the American car designer and owner of DiMora Motorcar. "Master Lee and I are working hard to produce these Emperors that exemplify close international cooperation in art and technology."

All DiMora Neoclassics models blend 21st Century technology with automotive design cues from the Golden Age of Hollywood in the 1920s and 1930s. The Vicci 6.2 Convertible comes with a choice of General Motors 6.2 liter V8 engines, either the 430-hp LS3 or the supercharged 556-hp LS engine that comes with independent suspension. For the Emperor series, gold leaf is used in the Lee Sun-Don artwork, the DiMora logo of the engine cover, the wheels, and the fuel tank filler cover. Luxury appointments even include 24-carat gold on the entire engine firewall.
